Product Introduction
The Single-head High-frequency Pipe Welding Machine is a welding device for plastic pipe joints, designed for small and medium-sized manufacturing workshops and enterprises. It adopts high-frequency resonant molecular fusion as the core technology, combined with dual-electrode (upper & lower high-frequency) welding method and pneumatic power system. It is equipped with basic fire and radiation protection to solve the problems of misalignment in small-diameter welding, joint leakage due to insufficient pressure resistance, and high adaptation costs for multi-material pipes.
Equipped with a 27.12MHz industrial-standard high-frequency generator, the machine induces resonant frictional heating in the molecules of thermoplastic pipes such as PU, TPU, PVC, PE, EVA and TEPG via electromagnetic fields. Combined with custom molds, it achieves joint fusion, with weld strength reaching more than 95% of the base material. It meets the sealing requirements of small-scale industrial oil transfer, municipal water supply and drainage, agricultural irrigation and other scenarios. Two power options (5KW/8KW) are available; mold changes require no specialized tools. Targeted at different material characteristics, the machine can adjust energy output to avoid material performance degradation.
