1. The synchronous fusing high-frequency machine consists of a frame, power components, and moving parts. The control box is composed of a microcomputer with centralized control via a touch screen; parameters, program time, and the magnitude of the variable frequency heating current are continuously adjustable. Wire feeding is completed by a servo motor, variable frequency heating, pneumatic clamping, and motor-driven rotation to break the wire, resulting in automatic product delivery. It features advanced control technology, stable operation, and high precision in production dimensions; it also has forward and reverse rotation functions.
2. The GY30CF-A/B fusing system, automatic wire rope feeding and length setting system, pneumatic (hydraulic) clamping and rotating breaking mechanism, and automatic wire rope feeding and straightening system are combined into a fully automatic dedicated device. This ensures that the wire rope's broken end is tapered. The wire rope length can be set by lightly touching the "Total Length" display box on a 7-inch true-color TFT-LCD touch screen, which then brings up a numeric setting keyboard. After setting the value, pressing the confirmation key exits the process. (Length is controlled by a servo motor; the value is the number of pulses.) The length can be set arbitrarily, with automatic material feeding, achieving full automation. Shift output can be set, and automatic stop alarm is activated.
3. The frame is assembled using a combination of SCK-8080-8040 multi-specification "aerospace industry frame aluminum profiles" and "acrylic glass panels." The frame profiles have unique and complex cross-sections, with a wide variety of types and specifications to meet diverse needs. Assembly methods are multiple, fast, and accurate. After surface treatment, it is bright, aesthetically pleasing, corrosion-resistant, anti-static, and has increased surface strength. Welding is eliminated, embedding is easy, disassembly and assembly are convenient, and it is easy to exchange. It has sufficient strength and toughness, good mechanical properties, high load-bearing capacity, and light weight.
4. This equipment can achieve the cutting and melting of various specifications of steel wire rope by changing the tensioning clamp, related molds, and wire feed wheels. That is, steel wire ropes of 1.5-2.5-6mm can be interchanged for production use, and the interchange is convenient.
