How To Set The Temperature Of A High-Frequency Welding Machine

Jan 08, 2026

The specific temperature setting needs to be considered based on various factors, including the model of the welding machine, the type and thickness of the welding material, and the ambient temperature.

Generally, the temperature should be adjusted appropriately between 100℃ and 300℃. If welding thin materials, the temperature can be relatively lower; if welding thick materials, a relatively higher temperature is required. Furthermore, in low ambient temperatures, the temperature should be increased accordingly.

When adjusting the temperature, the following points should be noted:

First, select an appropriate temperature based on the type and thickness of the welding material; do not blindly adjust the temperature.

Second, adjust the temperature appropriately according to the ambient temperature to ensure welding quality.

The temperature adjustment should be done gradually; avoid sudden increases or decreases to prevent damage to the welded parts.

Finally, continuously test and adjust the temperature based on the actual welding conditions to find the optimal temperature setting.
