Automated Production Line Maintenance:
1. Inspect and clean the electrical circuits, air circuits, oil circuits, and mechanical transmission parts (such as guide rails) before and after each shift;
2. Conduct regular inspections during operation, with spot checks on key areas. Record any abnormalities found. Address minor issues before and after each shift (if they are short-lived), and prepare spare parts for major issues;
3. Conduct unified line-wide shutdown maintenance, develop a plan for vulnerable parts, and replace vulnerable parts in advance to prevent problems before they occur.
